We strive to arrange product pickup through our courier partners; however, if that's not feasible, we kindly ask you to self-ship the item back to the original shipping address using a courier service of your preference.

Please note that return requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your LumiSkin Pro.

If you're dissatisfied with the product, we offer a refund of 50% of your purchase price or a free replacement for any damaged or defective devices. 💜
